The Department of Natural Resources and Environment

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE) required a coordinated campaign to provide branding and messaging to attract and retain entry-level workers from within Tasmania to meet a forecast shortfall in labour, due to COVID-19 restrictions in place.

The campaign was designed to encourage interested people to register for seasonal employment opportunities and aimed to ensure that the local Tasmanian market could meet much of the predicted workforce shortfall.

We used a combination of TV, social media, YouTube, radio, press and Google Adwords.
